Not enough hours in the day  — 1 year ago

I once sat down and listed all the things I hoped to achieve each day and the time slots for them taking out 4 hours for sleep and discovered that I had 27 hours of things that I wanted to do so I have trimmed that back to 20 but the system still doesn’t work as I find I now seem to need 6 hours sleep a night.
