I have been getting up early, it rox.. I am going to get up early tomorrow and have fun! I love it.. Just have to keep up with it and it will be an on going goal

But on the week beginning 30th of April I start an 8 wk challenge with my personal trainer and I have to get up @ 5ish in the morning to do a session from 6am – 7am omg I can’t believe I am going to do this.. But I am sooo excited.. It takes 21 days to change a habit and well I am going to start doing exercise during the morning then I have my 8 wk challenge with my gym going as well!! yippeee..
Bring on fitness, lets just hope I can do this..
