PurpleHeather is a Tree Hugging Extroverted De-Clutterer
It was interesting but in future I’ll stick to the lager (even though I preferred ales when I still had gluten).
At least there are some beers out there I can drink :)

The lager was interesting. Not much bite to it but I’ll drink it again.
Shame there is not a single pub or bar in the whole of London that stocks this brand of gluten-free beer. I’d arrange to go there with friends if there was one.

I have a couple of bottles of Greens beer – one lager, one ale – and both are gluten-free. Yippee.
It’s been a while since I had a beer and I’m looking forward to drinking them.
On my own. I ignored my own rules.
I just had a gorgeous cheese-pasta bake (GF pasta, of course) made with Mimolette and Cheddar, and thought that a nice ale would round off the meal beautifully. And I was right.
It’s a very fruity and sweet thing… takes a little time to accustom oneself to it, but I think I do rather like it.
It’s Hambleton’s GFA in case you’re interested. I’ll probably buy it again, but only in small quantities, it’s rather expensive.
It sounds like an easy goal, but the problem is I know I bought it, but haven’t seen it since. I either put it away somewhere safe (uh oh!) or… er… well, I dunno.
So I need to find my bottle of gluten free ale first.
Hopefully it’s nicer than the sample crate I bought which had gluten free lager, bitter and stout. We’ll see…
