be able to braid my own hair

I can do pigtails, but I can’t put all my hair into one braid because of my stupid layers.

I’m a South Asian girl.

For all of you that are familiar with South Asian culture, you probably know it’s pretty common for girls to have their hair in a braid or in pigtails, etc. I think I was able to do this when I was younger but I lost the ability as I got older. I moved to the U.S. at pretty young. I am able to braid other people’s hair quite easily, but not my own.

I used to be able to braid my own hair. If I had hair, I’d be able to braid it again.
