Smoke weed in Amsterdam

I’ve heard some nasty rumors that it’s hard to do it even there anymore. Hopefully they’ve been exaggerated.

weed is a mystical plant. illegal or not. i definitely want to smoke some in the cannabis capitol of the world before i leave.

Two months after meeting my current boyfriend we upped off to the ‘dam for a week.. it was beauuutifuulll..

The weed in Amsterdam is like nothing I have ever had before, at the time i went i thought I was a bit of a pot-head, Amsterdam weed blew my head off my shoulders!!
Even if you’re not a big smoker, of you’re ever gonna do it then this is without a doubt the place. An awful lot to see and do when you’re a little stoned, Van Gogh museum is fantastic!

best place in the world, no place like it, a living legend of a city. me and my husband went on honey moon there in july, the culture shock i discovered was a bit of a shock but amazing with it, the weed available is immense, the lists go on and on, the jolly joker at leidesplien was our favourite day time hangout, chilled relaxed good weed good service, staff smoking weed fucking heaven try as many coffee shops as u can but if u find one u love dont lose it write down somewhere where it is and how to get there, i used this technique after 5 days wndering around stoned as a coot trying to find this “amazing” coffee shop, and no i never did find it lol!!!! have a blast ull come back exhausted but its well worth it!!

but its true that its really easy to travel… so goddamn it why havent i been there yet???

okay, im not a big pot smoker. in fact i’ve sworn off it for good now, but smoking weed in amsterdam was the nonpareil of my total marijuana experience. and there’s one reason why: no paranoia.
no cops. no one trying to bust you. just friendly stoned people who’ll roll you a custom joint and bullshit with you all night.

as long as you respect people and property, don’t smoke around kids, and don’t cause trouble, you’ll be treated respectfully as well. it’s beyond refreshing.
