Checklist for finding a nice apartment

I want to make a checklist of things to find out about an apartment before I move into one. Here are certain things that I already have on my list:
[1] Nice Neighbours
[2] Children playing area, swimming pool & gym
[3] Quite, dust-free locality
[4] Home delivery facility for most of the daily needs
[5] ATMs
[6] Broadband internet service availability
[7] Conformance to vaastu/fen chui
[8] Lot of light and air should come into the house
[9] Security
Pls. add to this list if you have some relevent items
