Dont know what it is but no matter how earlier I get up, the earliest I get to sleep is around 4am. My brain just wont shut off any earlier. It could be the fact that I usually dont do anything psychical all day. Hopefully that will change once I get a job. @.o

I’m on a German school and my bus pics me up at 6.45 every day. so I have to go up very early. But I’ll also have my a-levels soon, so I have a lot of work to do and I usually don’t go to bed before 1 o’clock. Its 1.19 again here and I’m really tired now, tomorrow I will have lessons from 7.30 to 17.10. It fed’s me up. So I say: its NOT worth doing it, because it makes you ill!

Yeah, I’ve been so focussed on getting up earlier every day that I completely zoned out on what time I was getting to bed. Now I realize I’ve been getting to bed well before midnight most nights for the last month!

...I’ve no excuses in the future.
I like staying up late and don’t need as much sleep as hubby but this disturbs his sleep and I try to do this for him anyway.
I tend to stay up latest when he’s not at home (he works away from home during the week). This is when I’ll feel the most benefit I’m sure as I’ll have had more sleep before going to work.
Strange how I still haven’t managed it. At least now I’m usually in bed by 11:30, if not actually sleeping. Usually. Okay, sometimes. But it never happened before.
