I need to start eating right & drinking water. I work 7 days a week & never have a minute to breathe. It’s going to be very hard but I think it will get easier if I put my mind to it.

That was the date my daughter was born and although 6 weeks after her birth I was down 40 lbs and back to my prepregnancy weight, I was and am still not happy with that weight, or more of the matter, the size of jeans I wear. I signed up for some beginning step aerobic classes in January and it is baby steps for me. I am also going back on the South Beach Diet (which worked for me early 2005) to kickstart the process. So wish me luck!!
