I need to do this to improve my health coz i just found out that i have high-cholesterol. I dont get sick very often but with work-related stress and other problems my health has suffered and this should help me get back on track.

Getting into running regularly was hard but I just started going down to the PT gym where I work and started walking on the treadmill. Before long I was running on the treadmill 5 times a week.

my main impediment to this is that i dislike being hot and sweaty. thus i have an easier time running in the winter – i just need to do it more frequently!
