I haven’t even gotten to five.. in fact, the most I’ve done is three, and that was half walking. But yesterday I walked fifteen miles—I was amazed at myself for not getting tired (I didn’t sit down and I just kept on going for eight hours!) .. it’s weird cuz when I run, my toes hurt. My foot’s shaped weirdly, I need to buy more comfortable shoes. My toenails are also weird, even though I clip them, they dig into my skin. It’s freaky and annoying.

I just got back from my record breaking run! 10.8 miles! yey! I did it, I did it and it’s so worth it! I feel great I better lie down though… woow but it’s fantasic, try it! Just alittle at a time, I only took me three weeks to finally do it, and I think I should have done it when it was warmer, I can rest now, but now knowing what I can do, I think my next goal is to double this record by the end of next spring, huh, that’ll be a miracle! Anyway try it, it’s soooooo worth it, and burns more calories than you care to think of! see ya! good luck anyone!
