I’m nearly through with having chocolate at work. Suits me fine and makes thinking easier. And it starts to show in my purse ;)

I was so busy with some friends visiting, that I had no time eating sweets ;) As today was a healthy salads day, I had some right now – Cookie with chocolate. Quite sweet – do I really like this?
Not eating choclate for some weeks now – I’m quite proud to have achieved this. Today I decided not to go for “No choclate till Easter and then go on as usual” but for a “Start slowly and do eat only very little but some” approach. Let’s see how it goes. Today I started with two very small rum truffles :))
Except one bad weekend two weeks ago, I was quite brave! I said ‘no’ to cake, sweets (except dried fruit), and of course to chocolate. And I haven’t touched any alcoholic drink this lent. The good thing about it is that I eat much more fruit and drink more herbal infusions and cocoa shell tea (nice because of its light taste of chocolate ;-)).
The fact that three colleagues of mine do the same thing is very helpful for weak moments in the office…
I’m quite confident that I shall conquer this challenge!
