started using pill boxes with days on each box and I think this works better for me.

If this was a single day goal I would say I’ve achieved this but I’ve been on these pills my entire life, and will have them the rest of my life. I’m much better, but I need to monitor this goal long term.

I’m doing much better with this. 43 things really helped. I haven’t taken pills to work but I should. I put my eye glasses by my pills because I never forget my glasses. now I need to remember my cellphone.

I'm being irresponsible, stupid. 15 months ago

I have epilepsy. I had brain surgery. It took me 10 years or so to get my driver’s license. I have a special license that I’ve been issued, even though I still have seizures. I have the license because I was responsible.

So why can’t I just figure out a way to consistently take my meds?

2 days ago my brain was firing all day long, buzzing. Had to go for a walk because I thought I would have a seizure. on the way home, I pulled my car over because I thought I was going to have another. Today I had one at work. All of this is because I wasn’t being consistent.

Someday, If I keep this up, something bad might happen.

I think it would be a good idea to keeep some pills at work. I remember during the day that I missed my meds, but of course the meds are at home.

Going to tick this one off. 16 months ago

I’m more or less remembering to take my tablets every day now.

I may have skipped the occasional dose due to coming in late and being too tired… and the fact that my mum stashes the tablets away in a secret place doesn’t really help because I have to go ask her to get them for me lol, but I guess she has her reasons for doing that.

There’s definitely been an improvement anyway. Now all I need to do is keep this up for, well, probably the rest of my life. lol… yay for me.

even though i hated the fact that i felt dependent on my medication, it really was worth taking it.
now i no longer need it and that makes me even more happier.

Four pills. 19 months ago

Two in the morning, two in the evening. That is all.

It shouldn’t be that difficult to remember. But apparently it is… for me anyway.

I mean, no wonder I keep feeling crappy when I’m always skipping days off my meds and taking them at the wrong times!

a major improvement 19 months ago

Going by my weekly pill box when its time to refill it I’ve gone over 3 weeks without missing any medication doses so I think its safe to call this one done.

a mixed time 22 months ago

This is both easy and really hard for me to keep up with. I have a weekly pill box which gives me a little section for each day of the week that I keep on my nightstand so its trivial for me to remember to take my evening pills. My main problem is I have one medication which is taken once a week in the morning at least 30 minutes before eating anything that I end up forgetting to take more weeks than not.
