Okay so I finally got a new car. A 2007 Dodge Caliber, it’s awesome! I love it!

After being without a vehicle of our own for almost 1 year, we finally purchased one outright and it SEEMS to be a DECENT car so far! :)
We got a brand-new 2000 Plymouth Breeze because they were doing 0% financing and so it ended up being the same price as a car that would have been a couple of years old. Plus we extended the warranty pretty cheaply by shopping around for one online. We still have that car, and it runs great. Got us through grad school, back to Nebraska, and who knows where else. It’s been so worth it, knowing we had a car we could trust.
I had one of those once. After I had some major work done on it. It was a very dependable vehicle. The trick is to replace everything on it until you own every part and gasket of it. Then it is a decent vehicle.
yakuza who has missed me?
I recently bought a 2005 Subaru Outback. I love it. It’s a great car, and great gas mileage for an all wheel drive.
Both vehicles we’ve had since moving to Texas have DIED on us. So hopefully, some day soon, we will be able to acquire a vehicle which will LAST for quite some time! It doesn’t need to be NEW… just FUNCTIONAL!
