How I did it: I eat pretty healthy, and I drink plenty of water. I still wanted to take a multivitamin just to make sure that I am getting all the vitamins and minerals that I need throughout the day.
Anything resembling medicine and I don't mix. Those horsepills that they give us to take are horrendous. I have the worst gag reflex, and I'm always ready to vomit after attempting to take one. It usually takes like three times for me to be able to get the pill in my body.
