beat my mum at Bejeweled!

..actually, I got bored. I think I know how she got those high scores. She played them slooooowly. Yeah, I remember she would purposely avoid going up the next level so that she could rack up scores without increasing the difficulty or speed level. Something I’m not inclined to do coz I’m such a speed junkie.. erm, game-wise, nothing hallucinatory whatsoever.

Right mum, you win.. I guess I just have to get us a new game, something you’ve never played yet and one I could practise months in advance before you get home!

Her current top score is 2’214’150 while mine is 1’607’450. It’s tough breaking the 1mil barrier and it gets crazier after that! But if you keep your cool, the scores add up really fast from thereon. It’s nothing major, I just want her to come back and see that she’s been dethroned. And I’m sure she’ll be glued to the PC trying to get one back on me. The little fun stuff we do whenever she’s home. And that will be about 3 months from now.
