I’m very excited about it – but it’s definitely hard work! I just have to keep rolling up my sleeves and keep my eye on the prize, so i realize why i’m doing what i’m doing. I can’t lose sight of that. Break the seemingly impossible tasks into smaller more manageable tasks. Put past failures behind me and learn from the mistakes.
My son, Jacob, is an amazing, natural athelete who loves Skateboarding and Rollerblading. Our town recently opened a skate park and we are in the early stages of opening a skate shop about 2 blocks away.

This is just like excercise… it is MUCH easier to keep trim from the beginning than it is to shave fat later. I suggest outsourcing nearly everything and focus your time on what is absolutely needed. Do not hire people, only take on partners and investors, and outsource everything. Enjoy!
