Rearrange the living room.

So we did do some changing, but since we’re planning on moving, I think once we get in that new place, this will be done because duh! we’d be in a different place so it will all be rearranged! Haha. That and when I do the Christmas decorations it will be rearranged. That will probably happen Thursday.

with my cousin’s wedding this weekend, and my family coming to stay here with us because of it….we will be working on this, or should i say, i have to work on this tomorrow and friday before they get here.

we started it…but then never finished it because my mom wanted to go shopping everyday she was off during her vacation….but i told her in order for us to get the phone jack by the couch done so we can have a phone in there when they come to redo them, we’re going to have to move stuff around…so we’re starting it later today….

we started this off so far by cleaning out the living room closet…now all that shit is all over the living room, dining room, and kitchen

when my mom gets her two weeks off in july i believe we’re going to work on this…and thank god, we need a change….

The other day I was in there cleaning up some stuff and vacuuming and all of that…but this isn’t really going anywhere…

One of the things I hate most about rented accomodation is having to make do with furniture and decoration that somebody else has chosen. But at least now I have shifted it around so that the sofa gets the sunlight! Hadn’t realised how much the stupid (and notably dingy) layout had been affecting my mood until I woke up this morning and walked into the living room. Ahhh! Outside the snow was falling but inside the sun was shining! :) Easy to underestimate the importance of aesthetics in your life, now that everything has to be “meaningful” and “internalised”. Don’t let your surroundings become a burden!

i started this one today when i took down the christmas tree and all that stuff…

having a new look every now and again. Keeps things fresh.

Well I decided against a living room and went with the workroom in the living room look once again. I’ll be changing it back again at some point, but most likely not for a while.
