Well, the ex-bf and I have a fatloss challenge. We both track our food intake. I exercise, and he doesn’t, so I think I have an advantage at this point.
We use a magic scale for measurement. It is pretty and tells you fat %, water %, muscle % and basal rate.

At first I just wanted to correct my calcium deficiency. but after further inspection, i realize there are various nutrients i eat less of than the RDA. Also, I eat too much fat, and I want to correct that.
My first subgoal will be to find a good multivitamin. I’m taking recommendations!

I’ve been keeping track of my daily calcium intake (among other things) on http://www.sparkpeople.com. My calcium intake has been good, while I’ve been watching it.
I now note that my iron and Vit D intakes are not meeting the RDA. I will focus on these now…
