Summary : Raven is a 16yr old girl who has lost both parents in a car crash in the UK so she has to go and live in Finland with her aunt and she starts a new school where she meets Lauri and he picks on her buts ends up falling in love with her and will they last??

Chapter One

Raven lived in Brighton UK all her life when things changed for the worst when she was involved in a car crash which killed her mom and dad Anna and Jamie Anderson and Raven was the only one who lived and she didnt know her mom and dad were dead until a police officer took Raven into the family room at the station after the crash and she sat down facing the officer who said to Raven ” I have to break it to you sadly that your mom and dad died in the car crash” then the officer reached Raven a hanky to dry her tears which were flowing fast down her pale cheeks from her pale grey eyes, after a few weeks had passed since the horrible crash Raven had to go and live in Helsinki Finland with her aunt Clarissa and her family who was all Raven had left in the world as her family never liked her from the minute she was born and they never thought she was ever good looking enough because her late father Jamie was a nasty person but he never harmed Anna or Raven in the time he was alive. Raven flew to Finland where she would begin her new life with her aunt Clarissa who was the only who Raven looked up to as a second mum but in the cold light of day Raven knew then that she would try and make the best of her life in Finland with both her parents watching down on her from the skies above and once Raven arrived, her aunt was there to collect her and take her home where she would be loved and protected from all evil. Couple of days later Clarissa enrolled Raven at the local high school where she would continue her learning skills and get a good job at the end of it and Raven’s cousin Alissa went to the same school so they walked to school together and once there Alissa took Raven to the main desk and told the woman behind it ” this is my cousin Raven and she is starting here” and the woman said ” welcome Raven and you are in the same class as your couisn”. Alissa lead Raven to her form class where thigns were a bit loud as the teacher hadnt arrived yet and it was then that Raven noticed a cute guy sitting at the back of the room with blonde spiky hair and the most beautiful green eyes she had ever seen then Raven asked Alissa ” who is the blonde haired guy at the back?” and Alissa looked round then back again and told Raven ” oh that guy is called Lauri and you better watch out as Lauri tends to pick on people a lot”. Raven laughed at the comment about Lauri who meanwhile was with his friends along the back and Eero noticed that Lauri was staring at Raven watching her in awe as he found her totally beautiful with her long copper hair and grey eyes which was very appealing to Lauri and after class was over Lauri decided to play the welcome joke on Raven by tripping her up outside the classroom which he did do but he soon regretted it a few hours later and he knew had to make it up to her but how would he do that??

well, “A Kiss and a Trick” is finished. Im just waiting for a friend of mine to beta it before posting it to ffnet.

Im not really sure what my motivation is for writing. I think this will be a telling experience. But I dont want to write for reviews. I really hope that not why Im writing.

Im also pretty worried about losing the momentum I already have. But I really dont feel inspired to write anything at the moment. So I’ll try to redirect those creative energies towards getting my website up and running again.

wow… I’ve actually started writing something! Its not that long, I dont think I’ll be able to top 2000 words, but Im about half finished aready.

Editing is going to be a pain in the arse.

Im looking forward to my debut in ruroken fanfic writing, however I somehow doubt it will be the stella sucess that I dream of. But you have to start somewhere do you not?

A little bit of infamay on the internet is better than none is it not?

I’ve been reading some creative writing books, and i think that they will help me with some direction.

As they both say thou, the hardest thing is making the time.

Have learnt to set aside a certain amount of time each day. Regularly. Hopefully can start this habit up next week.

Have also learnt to set realistic goals. Even just aiming to write 100 words a day is fine! Cause i am only a beginner!

My first long Atlantis story (but I trust not the last) is on www.fanfiction.net – it’s called First Find Your Dream and it’s under the author name imloopy.

I’ve published most of the story, it’s all written apart from a slight rewrite on part 12, and I’ll be finishing the editing and publishing over the next couple of days.

I’m in the middle – actually near the end – of a fanfiction story about Stargate Atlantis. It’s published in part on fanfiction.net, under writer name imloopy and story title First Find Your Dream. I’ve written 8 parts on the computer and a further part or two longhand. I hope to finish it completely by the weekend, so I can mark it off on here and stop nagging myself!

I’ve started a Harry Potter Fanfic, and I have the first chapter online!

I’m partway through one story, and I’ve got another story that jumped into my head overnight. So I think there’s a good chance of doing this!

my first long one-shot plot outline… in case you are bored….

Heres a basic outline to my first RuroKen story called Tsuyu – Rainy Season.

A KenKao modern day fic. Set in Tokyo in June/July, during a very wet rainy season. Ken and Kao are married, and have a 3/4 year old son (Kenji of course). They live in an apartment in the city center while they are building a house. Kao is a part time school teacher, and Ken is the homemaker (new age guy!!!), Kao isnt the main bread winner. The govenment gave Ken a very healty retirement package which enables them to live a little more than comfortably. But their age difference still remains the same. Ken’s government job isnt stated, but its assumed to be government assassin.

Kaoru is caught in the rain on the way home from work. Its late and she forgot her umbrella. Hence she is drenched, sticky AND grumpy. When she arrives home the aircon is one and its blessedly cool. Ken greets her as she is still in the genkan, and takes one look at her and goes off to heat the bath.

Kao strips off to her underwear right there, and kenji sees her and questions her as to why. She says she doesnt want to get daddy’s nice clean floor all wet… He says he already did that once today (kawaii…..)

She takes her bath as Ken washes her work clothes. When she gets out, her dinner is waiting in the living room, with Kenji asleep on the floor infront of the TV (its past his bedtime, but he wanted to see his mamma). Ken joins her and they have a small discussion.

Along the lines of – “He’ll (kenji) be off to preschool next year. Maybe we should work on making another one for me to take care of….”

“I dont think we need to…” She was late because she had seen Dr Genzai that afternoon, and he thinks that she’s pregnant.

now I just have to write it, check it, edit it, get it proof read…... sighs

well, i posted an old fic on to fanfiction.net, and lo and behold, I got 3 reviews! All very nice too! So i have discovered that getting reviews are addictive.

Tonight I plan on starting a one-shot ruroken fic. Wont be very long, but its good practice ne?

My aim, to have one fic written a up online before I leave japan (july 27). then hopefully this will encourage me to write more…. and more…. so many ideas…...
