    I taught first aid for about 4 years and I believe its a very worth while thing to do and also helps us understand a little more about what happens to our bodies! xx

    In the communities I circulate through, someone certified in first aid is a prime commodity. Not only that, but I actually enjoy being able to help in minor emergencies.
