Snakes are awesome!
heatherjanes is impatiently procrastinating, which is silly

even though they creep some people out, i think they are interesting animals and i would own one again. to clarify, i mean i would own a small, non-poisonous, docile snake. i think it’s kind of weird to own a constrictor big enough to eat a child and owning a poisonous snake sounds creepy. I had a speckled king snake when i was a kid and i liked it.

I first became a snake lover when I was at Reptile World in Drumheller (Alberta, Canada) and held a boa. I kept telling my parents I wanted a snake. She finally realized I was being serious and told me that if I researched it and told her and my dad about my findings then they’d consider letting me get one. So, I did that and I got a snake! I have had my corn snake, Rocky, now for three years now. They are very easy pets to look after and don’t cost much (I paid $300 in round numbers for everything [snake, cage, accessories, food]).
ive wanted a snake since i held one in a zoo when i was 8. since then ive been nagging my mum to let me have one. i have decide now to wait until my nxt birthday so ill have money and ill be back in my uni flat.
I love snakes and reptiles =) I want a leo gecko too, I’m saving up for all the stuff I need for it right now.

i’ve had my pet corn snake, Zea, for a little more than a year now. she is a very neat pet to have!
A lady came into our store the other day. She was “walking” her two snakes. Okay so that’s sort of weird. But she was really nice and let me hold one. It was soooo cool feeling. Now I really want one.
