I know there’s sugar in about everything, but what I want to give up is more of refined sugar type products: candy, ice cream, McVitties chocolate biscuits….fortunately I’m not a pop drinker.

Feel great. Will actually continue to be sugar-free for a while longer but moving it over to the Done pile for now.
A little over 2 weeks, feeling much better. Clear. Very exposed. Sugar does a good job of dulling the senses. I feel very healthy and have more energy. I’ve also lost weight and my skin looks great!
Using the Whole Approach candida diet, in conjunction with guidance and supplements from my naturopath. Wicked headache first few days but already feel a little clearer.
I caved on a brownie! They put one in the bag with the salmon salad that I LOVE to order for lunch from le Gamin. I forgot to ask them not to put it in. I made it through half the day. I put the brownie in another room! I tried to give it away. I didn’t want to throw it out. Then it called to me through the walls, I went in the other room and ate it.
But that’s it. Otherwise a sugar free day. I will call this the weaning period. Cold turkey is just too hard!
