So I’ve drawn up a budget about half an hour ago, and have started working through it.
I’m happy to say that I have made the necessary payments that needed to be done. Now I just got to allow time for the debit orders to go off and then I can see how my budget is actually working for me, or not… LOL

I’ve been working full time for three and a half years now and I have been living fairly comfortable. However with the continous hikes in petrol price and interest rates and with the economy going way down so qucik, I have felt the pinch to my pocket.
I have my own car and am glad to say that I only have a year and a half left to pay it off :-) I was paying for my studies as well and am happy that I have the independnece I have and am happy to have a job. However I need to draw up a budget and stick to it now. I am good at saving but when it comes to actually sticking to my budget, I can’t. And I need to start disciplining myself! Now!
