Alter My Clothes So They All Fit Perfectly

I am very proud of myself!

Altered two more today! and finished dying those faded black pieces! They look so much better. Two more to finish of my blacks. I have started trying on white pieces. I am about a third of the way through and have found two to throw away and two that need mending.

So I went through all my black tops today, threw away three, decided seven needed to be altered, and four dyed (black again, they were fading). Of the seven that needed to be altered I have finished three.

I fixed a silk pajama and a nice knit black tank! An ruined another one….

I fixed two pairs of shorts. Which is a good thing. Only a million things left.

I haven’t done much of anything lately. I have a billion things left to alter. However, there is good news; I am not going to college this summer. So, that should leave more time to work on this!

I have many things left to go! After I finish most of what is in my box. I need to go through my closet, try everything on, and alter the things that could fit better. So far I only took out the white things that needed to fit better.

I am currently basking in the freedom of vacation. I have alter two item so far. An thoung that came to an unflattering height and a beige silk shirt. I don’t know if I can count the shirt because I came out too small one I was finish. I am not throughing it out because I can wear it unbuttoned over something else. Next up… a short sleved pale blue cashmere sweater :).

Of things that need to be altered and that is not even every thing. I will go down and fix one other piece right now since I am not getting very far on my essay.

This is going to be quite a feet. My mom is the real seamstress, so she can help alot with this goal. This is actually part of my organize my closet goal.
