hem my pants and sew my skirts

I mended a bunch of skirts and pants yay I feel like I have a bunch of new clothes to wear! But I wasn’t able to figure out how to use the sewing machine my mom passed down to me (I need to get some thread on the bobbin) so I’ll have to wait until August when she comes down to do the more complicated sewing (hemming my pants, putting a patch on my jeans and adding a button hole to a dress) since I dont want to do it by hand.

This shouldn’t take long at all… maybe 30min each for a pair of slacks, a skirt and a dress (if that)... although I need to setup the sewing machine my mom passed on to me first!
