over a year actually I went back to my first entry in which I said I wanted to track my weight daily for a year.

I didn’t quite meet this goal, did I?
I tried to keep it up, but I discovered that I’m terrified of weighing myself!
If I’m scared rather than excited to weigh myself, that’s a bad sign!
My weight fluctuated quite a bit this year!
I maxed out at 158 (not listed on the entries, but I remember it well!)
and the least I weighed this year was 137.
True, that was only for like 2 days… but still! it was on the scale.
I started this goal at 153

so my net weight loss this year was a (not so) whopping
4.8 pounds.
I guess a loss is better than a gain,
but as huge as I feel right now is hard to believe I was even heavier last year!
