follow "the rules" for two consecutive weeks

I’m actually doing a fairly good job incorporating this into my every day life! But the goal technically means to follow them entirely for two full weeks. It’s just sooo hard! =/

i think that this is the perfect time to accomplish this goal. although i wish i had the book here, i read it a while ago, i’m afraid that i’ll accidentally break a rule just because i forgot it. so maybe i’ll start as soon as i find it. maybe i’ll start now, but realllly start when i find it. =)

this book was a best-seller, and i know girls who swear by it. and of course i’m not planning on finding the guy i’m going to marry in two weeks, but maybe this two-week trial will provide some insight as to why this has such a great following.
