I have been messing around for more than 30 years. I am starting to think it is the water. My have to go to the bread institute and spend 12 – 16 weeks baking bread to solve this puzzle once and for all.

Made my first test crust yesterday night. It wasn’t that great, good, but not great. I know that somewhere out there is the perfect rescipe, or maybe just the inspiration to create my perfect pizza crust.
