I soaked in a natural hot spring outside of Missoula, Montana. It felt like sitting in a hot tub.

one summer, I was driving with some new friends from telluride back to boulder when we rolled into a sleepy little town named Ouray.
Some shared a room in a 19th century western hotel, while I decided to camp out alone at the top of the box canyon to watch the sunset and sunrise.
The next day, we found an amzing steam cave and hot spring, which was used by the ancient chief of the land. The cave echoed with booming reverberation to low chanting. I imagine one could induce a real trance in this most sacred cave.
It was really fucking cool! later, we climbed to and played in a huge waterfall coming from the edge the canyon.
Amazing.
I wanna do this again!
Especially if you can find a hot spring that you can soak in fo a long time without being interupted. At the end of a long day of exercise, it’s very nice.
