Do stuff for the first time, a lot.

awesome fun and for hardly any money. The kids loved it. Had to go slow cuz zz was with me, so then I did a lap fast with one of my friends driving, mad mad mad!

yeahhhh!

To add to my lists of firsts there is:

*paragliding
*rappelling
*extreme cave exploration

The last was the most fun, and the most challenging. I cursed alot. It was awesome fun though, and I want this to be a monthly thing, there are such beautiful places all around Bangalore and India in general to explore.

I went with a group of friends, very capable guides, and my lovely 14 year old son! It was wonderfullllllll.

Woot!

It makes me giggle with the possibilities of it all, every time I read it on my list, and that means it’s a good thing.

I’ve done this alot in the past two years, and I’m gonna do it even more in this coming two years.

A few of the happier highlights of 2008 and 2009 so far were:

*Coming out to friends
*Dancing in clubs again
*Going to India
*Moving to India
*Falling in love with someone good for me
*Standing up for my children in court
*Calling the police when I was in danger
*Singing karaoke
*Going to Thailand, with Q, just the two of us
*Starting totally afresh
*Taking a portrait with my partner
*Finding an apartment that was perfect, really perfect for ME and my babies, without having to take into consideration anyone else’s wants (for once)
*Going to a rave
*Becoming a corporate bitch…and then choosing to be a hippie instead
*Paying for everything on my own
*Going to sleep, by myself, and enjoying it
*Actively choosing to be single (that’s since stopped hehe)

It’s been a real adventure. No clue what’s next!

I made out on the beach in Goa with a wonderful woman…it’s great to be in love, all over again, after so long!

because the first time you do things you remember them always. For example, last night was the first time I danced with my husband. Not because of any other reason than we just haven’t gone anywhere where there is dancing going on before. Am smiling just thinking about it.

I like firsts. It was lovely, he’s actually a great dancer.
