I am feeling better now that I am eating better:) I love that my bunny and I pretty much eat the same things!
How to be a vegetarian for 30 days
How I did it: Well, I also cut out any junkfood and sodas. I also kept a diet journal to make sure I was eating well-balanced meals and getting enough of everything I needed daily. That actually made it a lot easier and it also makes you realize how much you're eating in a day. I gained more energy, lost weight, and best of all learned to eat healthier, which was the whole goal of it.
Lessons & tips: I would definitely recommend keeping a diet journal, even for people who aren't vegetarians. Also, just because you're not eating meat, don't eat nothing but starches or else you will gain a ton of weight. Stick to 5-6 small meals a day and make sure you're getting enough of every food group. Beans and nuts are great for protein, as well as eggs if you're choosing to include them.

I had a couple of muffins yesterday, im gaining weight cuz there’s ne meat in cookies and muffins :( booo
still excited to eat vegetarian! considering remaining vegetarian for the rest of the summer!
I bought more veggies today… i think my biggest problem with not stickin to this is not having fruits and veggies in the house at all times.
