ask a lingerie clerk to help me pick something out for myself

Specialty lingerie shops importing French and Italian designers are made of win. Forget Victoria’s Secret and Gap Body. A decent bra will set you back about $80 and the knickers around $25, but I swear to God, it works better than plastic surgery for making you look awesome.

I’ve never had a problem whenI asked a sales assistant to help me pick out an outfit and try it on. I’ve never done it with lingerie though – only with skirts and dresses. Would love to try.

I have done this a few times. Victoria Secret turned me down one time when I asked and they weren’t very nice about it.

I have doe this at Frederick’s though. I have done it a few different stores and they have always been very nice. I go in as a man and then when i find something I like, I just as ‘Can I try this on?’. Sometimes they just let me. If they are not too busy, they can be very helpful. It all depends on the person.

I have also chickened out a few times so I know it is hard, but go or i! It is so much fun.

I want to go into some place like fredricks or victoria secret dressed as a boy and look around. when the clerk comes up to me and askes if she can help me, I want to reply; “yes, me and my girlfriends aniversery is coming up and I was hoping to find something nice for me to wear for her” I just kind of want to get a reaction out of her. and if she helps my buy something n ice, then thats even better. :)
