Being Free From Family - Cost. 4 months ago

I thought I had this money thing locked down but then major emotional issues and of course silly me went on major spending trips trying to fill a hole. The gratification was momentary and although I have learnt to fill the hole with love and taking care of my needs I am left with the scars of this horrible journey, debt.

Although I am glad that I took the time needed and worked so damn hard to achieve being free from certain control freaks; I am really annoyed and gutted that I got myself into such a financial mess.

Most debt is paid off, with help…Still have about £2,000 to go..Not bad…. I don’t buy anything I don’t need now..That’s good..But I do need a cooker and hoilday… I will wait until I can afford it…So I am pleased to say, it’s going well!!!

Very bad at the moment…At least I am not buying anything that I don’t need any more….Just need a better paid job!!

Slowly paying it off, But a long way to go…What has change is, I don’t buy things unless I really needs it. So I have save money by doing that.

I have been debt free for over 10 years 3 years ago

And it honestly was one of the best things I have ever done! You feel so much less stress and you just feel so light hearted…nothing really to worry about…no interest payments! Being in debit taught me a lesson not to overspend over and above my means! Cut up all your cards and keep just one…preferably a no fee card!
