For having gorgeous, flawless skin, I think I have done as much as I can do and achieved this goal for me,
I know some people are born with flawless skin, but I am not one of those people,
I have not smoked a cigarette in 65 days now, I am relatively caffeine free, I am the stage where i am no longer caffeine dependent to get through the day – Yay
I still struggle sometimes to get enough sleep and am trying to exercise everyday,
I can see the difference in my skin, I feel and look a lot healthier, this is just really great,
Also pampering is important, not just for nice looking skin but for relaxation and stress relief -

but it wasn’t really a ‘proper’ detox, so I’ll try this again the right way.
I really don’t know if it’ll do anything, I’m really skeptical.
- drinking lots of water
- trying to get really good sleep
- wearing sunscreen when I’m in the sun
- eating healthy
- wearing makeup only when I need to
- using new and better skin care products
- using a face mask every three days
- trying to get rid of all the stress in my life
- getting good exercise every day
- following a schedule of when I need to wash, tone, moisturize etc
Winter is almost here and I can feel my skin starting to dry out. I’ll need to really be extra careful over the next few months.
Everyone should have some pampering! It would be a happier world if everyone had a facial, a foot massage and chillled out once a week
I need to concentrate on better food and health in general to make my skin regain what I had as a teenager into my early twenties. I always had people telling me how beautiful my skin was, but no longer!
