This sounds lame and I considered deleting it when I saw that I was the only one with this goal, but what would be the point of hiding it? Anyway, the problem goes along with my depression. I try to distract myself from thinking too much because it leads to regret, regret leads to self-loathing, and self-loathing leads to the dark side, or something like that. I’m hoping that watching less tv is the first step in achieving this goal.
