I’ve been trying to embrace a healthier lifestyle, and look a little bit sexier while I do it. I haven’t been able to do 100 in one sitting yet. The most I’ve done in one sitting was 75, and that was on day 1, when I wasn’t sore at all Today, I was only able to do 50, before giving up. I’ll try to do the other 50 in a little while. I also ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes today, without getting too winded. The DDR is starting to pay off. Man, I felt good after doing that! I can see the beginnings of what will someday be abs. I am so psyched!

I’m at Day 2, I went to an abs class at my gym today so I’ll be sore tomorrow and that much closer to having a beautiful belly :)

Day 2 finished. Only 98 to go! I won’t be done until October 16, but I want to make it happen!

It’s been a few weeks now and I haven’t give up on this yet. Even when I was extremely sore from wakeboarding I still managed to work my little sit-up routine in. I can’t wait to see improvements!
