and they all sucked. I’d like to take all my experience fixing what others have done wrong…and incorporate an intuitive design that’s all my own. I’d like to focus on space and flow…blending the form that so many people adore…with the function that makes living in a place possible.
My house is going to have two floors.
First floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, music room, kids play room
Second floor: four bedrooms, big bathroom, laundry room, office

Well, i know this isn’t quite design and build my own home yet, but i am getting some experiance for when it does happen. I just recently bought a condo that will be built in the spring. The builder is letting me pick my flooring, cupboards, and colors, so this will give me insight when i do get to build and design an actual house!! :)
