See Type O Negative LIVE!

I just have to bitch…just a little. Type O came to the Seattle area a few years back, but due to bad timing I was unable to see them. Now I notice that they’ve added new tour dates on their myspace page. They’ll be in Portland, OR and SPOKANE, WA, but they’re completely bypassing Seattle. Huh? Seriously? And just to rub salt in my wounds, I can’t make the trip to either show because of stupid work. Bastards. They’re doing it to spite me…it is all about me, right?

The last time I saw Type O was at L’amour in Brooklyn. We had THE best spot to see them, I mean RIGHT UP on the stage, and what happens? My fucking housemate gets shit faced drunk and 2 songs in I have to take her home. I missed every show they had after that until last fall when I WAS going to get tickets… and then Pete Steele had some medical issues and cancelled every show. ((sigh)) Oh well, at least I got to see them a few times.
