become a henna artist

I’ve always been fascinated by the look of henna. I’ve always wanted a tattoo, but I know that i’d get bored of it after awhile. I’d like to change around how I look, so I thought henna would be good. I would also love to be a certified henna artist. I’m an artist, but I enjoy painting on people much more than on a canvas.

I’ve gotten really into henna and the art of it this past summer.
Fascinated by it,
and the culture behind it.
Planning to get my International Certification for Natural Henna Artists after i get a few more years of experience.
It’s a form of design that not a whole lot of other people do,
which makes it even better.

I paint.
I love to paint. I paint pictures. I paint walls. I paint things. I paint faces. Upon occasion I paint upon a dear friend of mine.
Recently she told me that for her wedding present (whenever that may be) she wants me to cover her with henna directly following the ceremony.
For this I will have to become experienced with using henna- something I have always wanted to do.
It’s so earthy and exotic and beautiful. I hope that with practice I can do justice to the art of henna tattoo.
