This is much harder than it looks! I’ve met a few guys, one of which was a total asshole, two was married, one is an old fart, one is in the process of divorse (with a kid) and one is sweet and all, but a little too old for me.

I’m starting to feel like I’m not worth the dating process, like something’s wrong with me …

As I suspected my girlfriend broke up with me by email today. She’s apparently unwilling to do long distance while she’s at school for four months.

Today my girlfriend of seven months boarded a plane to Ontario. I won’t see her again for more than a month; she won’t be back until the middle of December, and I couldn’t be more miserable.

I can’t wait to hear her voice again. I miss her already.

My girlfriend and I have been dating since February of this year. She’s in a co-operative architecture program with Fanshawe College. In September she’ll be going back to school for four months and I’m really worried that our relationship won’t last.

She’s already expressed misgivings about having a long distance relationship; but I think we can make it work if we try.

Am I just fooling myself? I care about her more than anyone and I don’t want to lose her.
