Well, walk 5 min / run 5 min/ walk 5 min / run 5 min /... type of thing, because my breathing is so rubbish!
Anyway, that’s still something, it means I should be able to at least run on and off on the day!
One of my flatmates ran a half marathon recently and she told me I won’t be able to run at the start anyway, because there will be so many people there won’t be enough space! So by the time the people clear up I’ll probably be a little impatient about getting to run, so I might just be able to keep it up a little longer (hopefully!):-)
