Travel the country in an RV with my family.

I love vacationing with my family and would love to explore this great country of ours. I want my kids to experience an adventure similar to that of Lewis and Clark and our own ‘Voyage of Discovery’. My kids are young 7 and 5 with another on the way. I realistically see doing this in the next 2 years once I’ve done all the proper research like what size RV, trip route and amount of money we would need to do it nicely. Once I’ve done that I’ll schedule the time from work and head out on the highway. I haven’t really given much thought as to which region I would explore. Northeast/Northwest, Southeast/Southwest or midwest.
