On the right track again 3 weeks ago

My weight is now 76 kg so I have lost 2 kilos since February. The big breakthrough will come when the scale shows less than 75 , because I haven’t been under that number for a few years. I hope I will not sabotage this by eating too much at Christmas or so.

Today I was watching some random mv, you know, those with slim slim slim beautiful girls in swimwear. And I caught myself thinking “I need to starve myself greatly to look just as pretty.” And then I remembered how much I dislike my body. I also had a bmi test in school and it was around 18.3-4, which is in the lower end. And I just felt amazingly happy, I wanted to jump up and down cheering “I’m not THAT faaaat!” Sad, right? ;)
So yes, back to today, I just had this biig bodyawareness, my brother have also been teasing me alot about me being fat. maybe I am. maybe not. And as I was sitting alone few minutes ago I looked down on my thighs and I was like ’..... eeeeeeeeew!!”
And then I got up, so they wouldn’t look so fat. I also went into the bathroom to see my weight. As it tried to find the weight and it neared 60 kg I just totally FREAKED, and jumped of it while screaming, it didn’t even get to make the final mark.
Then I looked into the mirror and all I saw was fat fat fat.
And I thought to myself “Omg, I’m disgusting, how on earth can my boyfriend (he’s super hot btw) even THINK about liking me, when I’m so chubby???” I truely don’t get him…
SOOOOOOO Tonight I’m NOT eating anything. I’ve already had too much. don’t care how hungry, it’ll go over sometime… <3

I haven’t succeeded in losing more weight. I don’t have a certain time frame (which perhaps would be a good idea), so it’s not like I am really stressed. But I can’t deny that it would be a very nice feeling to have a flatter tummy and fit into clothes that are now just a little too tight.

I’ll have to admit that I am lousy at getting rid of extra kilos. I want to eat when I am hungry. In fact I turn to a she-devil when feeling hungry!

The only times I have succeeded in losing weight so far, is when I have fallen in love, when I divorced and once was when I was sick. So what do you think? Am I a hopeless case? :)

I just don’t get it. I am eating healthy and exercising quite a lot. Do I have to wait for the love reduce method? Then I could have to wait a long time!

No, I think the challenge method would be a better choice. I will challenge myself and set up a time frame. Let’s see if it works!



On my way... 3 months ago

When I set up this goal my weight was 78 kilos. Now, about 6 months later the scale shows 76,5. I have obviously not lost a lot of weight, but on the other hand I am moving in the right direction.

I am exercising more regularly and eating healthier, so I think I will eventually reach my goal. Maybe next summer? My aim is not to lose weight as quickly as possible, but to live healthier and to keep my new weight when I have reached it. It feels Ok & I am motivated so I think I will succeed.

For last two days my scale showed me very nice looking 74 kg. That means, that I’ve lost 9 kilos!! I feel really good!! What an example, that I can achieve my other goals as well :). I’m really happy with this!!!

Hello again in this goal! I’m very proud to announce that yesterday I finished my 13 days diet. Very strict one, but this morning my weight was 77 kg! That means that I lost 6 kg so far. And now I enter even more difficult phase – I’m going to lose 2 more kilos without specific, demanding diet – I’ll try to keep 1400 calories a day. I will eat much more fruits and vegetables than ever before and will not eat until I really feel hungry! Plus longer walks with my doggie. Minus sweets.
I want to achieve my goal in two weeks. Wish me luck!!!
