Go to cooking school in Italy

I promise I will someday go to a cooking school in Italy (or even France) for a learning vacation. I would love to do this with a girlfriend, as I don’t think my husband would enjoy it like I would!

I want to go to Apicius in Florence. It’s incredibly expensive, but I don’t care about Le Cordron Bleu French cuisine they teach at most culinary schools. Italy is the place for me.
