entertain more often

In our busy world, we so rarely stop to cultivate relationships. I truly enjoy hosting events both large and small at my home and I wish I had more opportunities to do so. It seems the only people that I ever have over are under the age of 14, or at least an entire generation ahead of me, family obligations being what they are. It would be wonderful for my husband and I to start the habit of having people our age over for dinner or drinks every few weeks, so that’s what I’ll be working on, after things slow down…

I am going to be doing a real party within a few weeks, and I am excited. I’ve picked the theme and everything. I just hope it goes out better than I planned it to be.
