and again until I have entirely rid myself of this habit. Still smoking 2-3 cigs at 9 p.m. (sometimes one or two more :( ) This book has been a tremendous help. I can’t see me going back to smoking full-time but as long as I am still smoking even only one I am at risk. I highly recommend this book!

I’ll be out shopping today and am going to keep my eye out for his book.
