well getting up wth the alarm didn’t go to well so i’d best make up for it now otherwise i’ll just be miserable that i’ve wasted the day.
No-one else is cleaning the house so rather than keep letting it gt to me i’m just going to lead by example (not that i haven’t tried that one before but meh!)

Firstly cleaning the bthroomshouldnt take to long.

Then the living room needs to be a living room again.

Can’t do much without a vacuum about the halls and i’m not touching their kitchen mess so lastly i need to make a significant start on my room.

Then if time permits get some reading and uni work done. If there’s a bigfat tick at the end of the day then need some kind of reward…hmmm lets see…...tomorrow before uni i’ll pop into primarkan get another kids t-shirt :D

I sometimes screw up and think that postponing things will make them go away or something I won’t have to worry about, but all it does is make it worse. I’m trying to curb this habit a little bit at a time, and I must say it is very challenging.

Too often I postpone an activity because I think “this activity just isn’t big enough to warrant my attention right now.” So I file it away somewhere. And then suddenly I realize, “oh my gawd, that document now requires at least 8 hours of editing.” And then I have stress. Postponing little bits until they become medium sized bits is okay, but I have a tendency to wait until they’ve snowballed into Big Nasty Bits. I need to stop doing that.
