I read in the news today that T’ai Chi helps prevent the development of shingles. My doctor thinks I may have symptoms of shingles. I’ve been wanting to revive my T’ai Chi practice anyway. This is the perfect excuse to do it.
Since I already know how to do the movements, my plan is to tape record myself reading the instructions. Because I can’t remember the sequence order anymore; then I can play the instructions back to help me remember the moves. After awhile I won’t need the instructions anymore, if I continue to do the practice regularly.
My goal is to reach a point where I can go through the entire sequence once daily. 7 years ago
