Well….I found the solution.
Going to the gym seems impossible with my busy diary however I can now run home at lunch and do the P90x challenge.
I have been doing it every day for about a week now. If I manage to keep it up for the first 30 days I will tick this off my list

Okay. The time has come when I have to be honest. I just don’t excerise enough.
Now I am running my own recruitment company I can be much more flexible with my time so I plan to take an hour out of the day during the day to train.
Surely even I can stick to this? 8 months ago
I can’t believe it has taken me this long to figure this out. I am now going to go to the gym for half an hour during my lunch break Monday to Thursday and then once over the weekend. I started it this week then went on Monday, today and then again tomorrow (booked an appointment with them for 12:05) I am also going to try go both Saturday and Sunday as couldn’t go the last couple of days.
The goal is to keep this up for the next 3 months at least then I will cross it off my Goal for this year.
(It will have to go back on if I don’t stick to it though) 16 months ago
