read my poetry on stage

I am not in a place to achieve this goal. I have just started writing again and although this is still a goal I want to achieve, I’ve realised this is not going to happen for a while. I will come back to this.

I am writing again. Despite the CTS the desire, the urge, the need is back! I have missed it for so long, sailing on rough seas for months without even a word on the page, it feels like warm honey being poured on my tummy to write again, to be creative and I hope I never drown like that again.

I write poetry but i have never had the guts to get up on stage in a room full of people and read what i have sweated to create. I am no good with the all eyes on me situations and I just feel sick just thinking about it but just once, just once in this life time i’d really like to see how my work would be received.
